📍 Los Angeles, CA | 💰 $105K – $115K + Bonus

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, private specialty finance firm to identify a Credit Manager to join their Los Angeles team. This organization is scaling quickly and offers a highly entrepreneurial environment with strong leadership visibility.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll play a key part in driving credit strategy, underwriting decisions, and portfolio performance.

🚀 The Opportunity

• Lead and manage credit underwriting and approval processes
• Evaluate complex commercial transactions (equipment, asset-backed, and real estate-secured deals)
• Partner closely with originations/sales to structure and close deals
• Oversee portfolio risk, performance, and credit quality
• Mentor and guide junior credit/analyst team members
• Contribute to credit policy and process improvements

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years of experience in commercial credit / underwriting / lending
• Background in equipment finance, asset-based lending, or commercial real estate
• Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills
• Proven ability to balance risk with deal execution
• Prior experience leading or mentoring analysts is a plus
