Credit Policy Analyst

A company is looking for a Credit Policy Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to senior management regarding credit policies and loan products

Monitor and update internal product guidelines based on investor announcements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate guideline change requests

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred

Minimum of 10 years of experience in mortgage underwriting roles

Deep knowledge of mortgage regulations and investor guidelines for non-agency loans

Expert-level understanding of GSE, FHA, VA, USDA, Agency, Jumbo, and Non-QM investors

Ability to adapt to new ideas and evolving industry trends
