CREDIT RISK LEAD | INSTITUTION & SME FOCUSED | REGIONAL DIGITAL BANKING GROUP

Our client is a leading Financial Services Holding Group with a strong deposit base and a growing lending franchise across the region. As the business continues to expand, there is a need for a Credit Risk Lead to oversee the non-retail portfolio.

Reporting to the Group Head of Risk, you will lead a team responsible for credit modelling and risk policy, with a primary focus on SMEs and corporates. You will play a critical role in balancing the group’s growth ambitions with sound risk management practices, while working closely with senior leadership to shape strategic direction.

Requirements: 8+ years in SME credit risk management (policy, modelling) with team management experience; preferably exposed to a large fintech or digital lending within a bank. Past experience with regional regulatory environments, cross-border credit risk governance, as well as Basel III/IV and IFRS 9 standards
