Credit Risk Manager - The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited

We are looking for high-calibre individuals to join the Risk Management Department for serving the HKMC Group.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare risk analytics and portfolio reports for loan and guarantee portfolios;
• Monitor and manage credit risk through stress testing, risk modelling, due diligence reviews, and other risk monitoring activities;
• Conduct market research and deliver tailored data analytics as required;
• Assist in developing new risk management policies and reviewing existing ones;
• Identify opportunities for process streamlining and automation; design risk analytics tools/EUCs and contribute to system development and testing; and
• Assist in coaching junior members of the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Statistics, Risk Management, Computing, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline;
• A minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in credit risk management / data analytics in banking, insurance, financial services industry or public sector;
• Proficient in at least one of the data programming languages such as SAS, VBA, Python or R; and
• Strong analytical, influencing and project management skills, and eager to learn.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Deputy Manager.
