CRM Data Analyst

ooking for a detail-oriented and experienced CRM Analyst to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This is a key role supporting sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless lead tracking, efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and excellent CRM adoption across the company.

The ideal candidate will have UAE experience, strong technical skills, and familiarity with real estate workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and maintain the company CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)Manage CRM users, roles, permissions, and access controlsMaintain accurate lead and client data through imports, updates, and data cleansingMonitor and maintain CRM workflows, including lead management, follow-ups, and sales pipelinesCreate and update dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for managementSupport sales and marketing teams with CRM automation, campaign tracking, and reportingTrain users on CRM best practices and ensure proper data entryAssist with CRM integrations with ERP, marketing, and property management systemsEnsure data privacy, compliance, and security according to company policy. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field2–4 years of hands-on experience as a CRM Administrator or similar roleProven experience managing at least one CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics)Strong skills in data management, reporting, dashboards, and workflow optimizationProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to train and support non-technical usersUAE experience is required; experience in real estate, property management, or brokerage is highly preferred
