You’ll be joining the Central CRM team. Composed of over 18 specialists, we are dedicated to executing campaigns for the UK and supporting global strategic initiatives. We serve as the voice of the customer, striving to expand our subscriber base, enhance engagement metrics, and activate best-in-class CRM strategies.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Campaign Execution & Management: Coordinate and own the end-to-end delivery of engaging, dynamic email and push-notification campaigns, ensuring BAU calendars are managed efficiently and deployed on time.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with the UKI CRM Manager, local marketing teams, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to support the broader UKI marketing calendar through targeted CRM channels.
  • Data Segmentation & Targeting: Utilise data targeting and segmentation to pull, manipulate, and interpret customer insights for precise campaign positioning.
  • Experimentation & Growth: Design, deploy, and own CRM experiments and A/B testing to uncover new growth opportunities, boost personalisation, and explore AI integration.
  • Reporting & Optimisation: Conduct post-campaign reporting to extract actionable lessons, sharing performance insights with stakeholders to guide future strategic commercial planning.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE

Essential

  • Proven CRM Deployment Experience: Demonstrated depth in executing end-to-end campaigns using enterprise-level CRM platforms (experience with Braze is a major plus).
  • Technical CRM Competency: Strong understanding of CRM automation development and familiarity with HTML to review and modify campaign templates.
  • Data & Analytics Acumen: Competency in data manipulation, segmentation, and reporting using data visualisation tools (Looker experience preferred).
  • Delivery & Execution: Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain high accuracy and manage workloads effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Strong communication and collaboration skills to manage expectations and coordinate cross-functionally across multiple business areas.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using Liquid logic for advanced dynamic personalisation.
  • A background or degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field.
