Abrigo is seeking a Customer Due Diligence Analyst to support customer assurance and third‑party risk management activities within the IT Risk & Assurance Team, part of the CISO organization. This is a customer‑facing role ideal for candidates interested in information security, IT risk, and fintech SaaS environments.

In this role, you will primarily intake, coordinate, and respond to inbound bank and credit union due diligence requests, including IT vendor risk questionnaires, supporting documentation requests, and follow up inquiries. You will work closely with internal security, compliance, legal, product, and customer facing teams to provide accurate, timely, and consistent responses that demonstrate Abrigo’s IT control environment.

This position reports to the Manager of IT Risk & Assurance. This position can be located at our office in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remote. Occasional travel required for team events to support engagement, relationship-building, and key decision-making.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Due Diligence & Questionnaire Support
  • Monitor and manage inbound customer and third‑party requests for regulatory due diligence and compliance materials.
  • Complete standard bank and credit union IT vendor management / third‑party risk questionnaires using responses that align with Abrigo’s risk posture, disclosure standards, and approved messaging.
  • Provide supporting documentation such as SOC reports, policies, security overviews, and architectural summaries in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Track request status, deadlines, and follow‑ups to ensure timely and professional customer responses.
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to validate responses when clarification or updates are required.
  • Documentation & Assurance Materials
  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer‑facing due diligence documentation, including security overviews, control narratives, and standard questionnaire responses.
  • Participate in periodic reviews to ensure materials remain accurate, current, and aligned with Abrigo’s control environment.
  • Support efforts to standardize and streamline responses across customers and frameworks.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Legal, Compliance, and Information Security teams to support customer assurance needs.
  • Help escalate complex or non‑standard requests to senior team members for review.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems, cybersecurity, business, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, professional, and consistent responses to customers.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a structured, process‑driven environment.
  • Comfort working with documentation, templates, and standardized responses.
  • Experience working in fintech, banking technology, or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Exposure to IT risk management, information security, compliance, or internal controls is preferred.
  • Familiarity with concepts such as SOC reports, vendor risk management, information security policies, or SaaS environments is preferred.
