The Role
We are looking for a high-energy French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist who acts as a "Problem Solver & Happiness Manager." In this role, you won't just be closing tickets; you’ll be a brand ambassador responsible for turning every customer interaction—from shipping questions to product feedback—into a positive experience.
You will be the first point of contact for the French-speaking community, managing inquiries across modern digital channels and ensuring a high-vibe experience. This role requires flexibility to support later shift coverage and the ability to scale support during high-volume product launches.
