  • 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, IT governance, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML security, AI governance, AI platform administration, or closely related work.
  • Experience with enterprise software administration, identity and access management, and security configuration practices.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML security risks and emerging threats, including data protection and model-related risk considerations.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 42001, or similar standards.
  • Experience supporting risk assessments, control documentation, compliance initiatives, or audit activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus, including CompTIA Security+ or equivalent; CRISC or CISM (in progress acceptable); AIGP (IAPP) or CIPP; NIST AI RMF Practitioner; and CTPRP or equivalent (preferred).
