Data / AI Analyst

Role Description

We are looking for a Data & AI Analyst to join our experienced investment management team. The analyst will use AI tools to automate the investment team’s workflows, including need to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. The firm is committed to using outside service and data providers to help build and support these efforts.

The analyst will assist and help develop internal tools for investment research and analysis. This is a good role for someone who is a self-starter, is interested in investing and would like to work within a close knit group of self-starters and firm with very good 25 year track record. This is a full-time, on-site role in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or similar role

• Experience with AI tools such as Claude/Claude Code/Claude Cowork to help automate workflows and develop internal tools

• Proficiency in Python, database design and development helpful

• Familiarity with financial and accounting concepts is a plus, as is progress towards a C.F.A.

• Degree in a quantitative field, e.g., finance, computer science, engineering, etc.

• Entrepreneurial mindset but with easy disposition

Compensation commensurate with experience
