Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize data analysis needs to support healthcare management
Coordinate development initiatives and perform analysis and reporting for the Health Plan
Manage and mentor a team of analysts while promoting SQL standards and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
Previous experience managing cross-functional teams or supervisory experience
Advanced SQL and Microsoft Excel skills, with knowledge of relational databases
Understanding of health insurance business and HEDIS experience preferred
