Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support business operations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced retail and grocery-focused environment. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to analyze business data, generate insights, support vendor discussions, and help streamline operational processes. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, business analysis, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data and generate reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.

• Build and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting tools for business performance tracking.

• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within datasets and provide actionable insights.

• Support vendor and stakeholder meetings with data preparation, reporting, and presentation materials.

• Create presentations, summaries, and business reviews with clear storytelling and data visualization.

• Assist with process improvement initiatives and help transition teams into standardized workflows.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather requirements and support ongoing projects.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports and analyses.

• Learn and adapt quickly to internal systems, tools, and reporting platforms.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong data analysis and business acumen

• Advanced Excel and reporting skills

• Presentation and business storytelling abilities

• Financial and operational analysis experience

• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or reporting roles.
