Position Summary:

The Technical Data Analyst provides high-level support to a team of attorneys by processing and managing data in Salesforce. This role requires proficiency in Salesforce, Python, Excel/Power BI.

The position serves as the key point of contact for both internal and external clients and acts as a liaison between the attorneys and clients. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality, be results-driven, exercise good judgment, and manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision at high levels of professionalism.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a technical data analyst or specialist or similar role

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Proficiency with Salesforce, Python, and PowerBI.

Extremely organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize workload, and work well under pressure

Self-starter, forward-thinking, action-oriented, and focused

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate well in a team as well as work independently

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively

Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Learns quickly to adapt to new situations
