Role Summary
This position supports remediation management and short-term project workstreams. The role focuses on tracking deliverables, analyzing data, ensuring compliance with Transmission & Distribution notification requirements, and supporting program performance reporting. The individual will work closely with advisors and regional/district stakeholders and act as a technical resource for compliance and remediation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Compliance Notification work progresses through the IPSEC workflow by required due dates to support public safety and risk mitigation
Track, monitor, and report work progress using dashboards, trackers, and systems of record
Analyze data and feedback to ensure alignment with notification scope
Support program management tasks and reporting for advisors
Interpret notification issues and determine resource needs
Apply knowledge of district/regional scheduling and notification disposition per E1 policy and GO95 standards
Maintain data accuracy and perform data cleanup as needed
Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and resolve issues proactively
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders; communicate updates and address concerns
Basic Requirements
3–5 years of experience in an analytical role using databases and spreadsheets
Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and drawing conclusions from data
Experience managing programs, projects, and assignments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience analyzing, coding, testing, and documenting moderately complex applications
Ability to assist in preparing program specifications
Working knowledge of at least 2 programming languages (preferred)
Knowledge of report generation and database structures
Familiarity with software/hardware tools supporting system operations
Understanding of systems development and project methodologies (preferred)
Associate’s degree in a related field required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in utility industry (Transmission & Distribution operations or program management)
5+ years of data analytics experience, including managing and validating large/complex datasets
Experience with reporting platforms and dashboards
Knowledge of district/regional scheduling and notification processes aligned with E1 policy and GO95
Experience with tools: PowerBI, SAP, DM, DCPT, DCRT, ClickSchedule, WorkIt, FMP360
Experience preparing weekly/monthly compliance reports
Understanding of IPSEC lifecycle and compliance notifications
Knowledge of P1/P2/P3 priorities and required timelines (e.g., HFEX, HFIA, non-HFRA)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or analytics tools (SAS, SAS VA, BI dashboards)
Strong focus on identifying improvement opportunities across the IPSEC lifecycle
Desired Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Team building, resource planning, and project planning skills
Knowledge of E1 policy and GO95 Rule 18
Understanding of Transmission & Distribution systems (electrical systems, overhead/underground structures, apparatus, civil, electrical crews, streetlighting)
