The Data Analyst role in Business Support Services plays an essential role in improving customer routing, pricing, volume, and programs through analytical tools and techniques. This position is responsible for designing and implementing innovative routing plans, monitoring their effectiveness, and maintaining accurate database records for all customers and products used within the organization. The Business Analyst serves as the main point of contact for all authorized database modifications, ensuring that these changes are implemented correctly. Furthermore, this professional is responsible for overseeing the implementation and monitoring of commission plans and customer beverage agreements.

  • Accurate input of delivery parameters, such as delivery windows and service times, into the routing software is vital for optimal delivery management and routing.
  • Conduct standard maintenance procedures on the Routing Software and any other relevant systems as per the defined schedule.
  • To maintain the effectiveness of business routes, work with sales teams to make necessary changes in routing strategies based on the evolving seasonal demands of customers.
  • Select only those routing solutions that abide by the DOT's weight limits and hours of service regulations to ensure compliance with the law.
  • Exploring the relationship between commission variations and modifications to transportation routes.
  • Develop and put into action management reports that assess the financial effectiveness of routing and software utilization.
  • Assess the compliance with routing solutions following the session's conclusion through various reporting tools.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing feedback from employees and continuously assessing the routing implementation process.
