Role: Contract Administrator I/Data Analyst

Duration: 6 months – Contract (potential to extend)

Location: Santa Clarita CA 91355 United States (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $35.00 - $39.47/hr

JOB SUMMARY:

Purpose Statement

• Facilitate and process the transition of pricing and contracting data between systems.
• Provide support to the Pricing and Contracting teams including customer set up, establishing contracting records, and establishing pricing within business systems in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages punctual high volume contract data loads in accordance with approved strategies.

• Manages punctual high volume price loads in accordance with approved strategies.

• Responsible for the successful management and completion of all projects assigned to within the department.

Quality System Requirements

In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• BA and 0 - 2 years related experience
• Data Entry and attention detail
