Qualifications & Experience

Senior-level experience (6 10 years) in Workday reporting and/or data analytics

Primary responsibility for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Workday reports and performing data analytics across multiple HR systems

Deep expertise in Workday Reporting and Analytics, including custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and reporting frameworks

Strong data analysis background, with experience managing large datasets for data migration efforts

Proven ability to perform impact analysis to assess reporting dependencies, data integrity, and downstream effects of data conversions

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment with minimal direction

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Workday Pro Reporting certification preferred; experience with Workday business process configuration and security is a plus
