The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will help transform campaign, consumer, and field execution data into clear reporting, dashboards, and insights for both internal teams and client-facing deliverables. You’ll be responsible for building queries, preparing ad hoc analyses, creating charts and dashboards, and helping turn campaign results into compelling presentations and stories.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain SQL queries to extract, clean, and organize data for reporting and analysis.
  • Create dashboards and recurring reports that provide clear visibility into campaign performance, consumer engagement, and operational execution.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer business questions from internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Translate data into charts, summaries, and insights that can be used in presentations, reports, and client deliverables.
  • Support the development of campaign recap decks and insight presentations by combining data analysis with strong visual communication.
  • Work closely with the Data Analytics team, as well as account, operations, product, and leadership teams, to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful analysis..
  • Help identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, and performance drivers across campaigns.
  • Ensure data outputs are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, dashboard design, and analytics workflows.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, marketing analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in SQL and comfort working with structured data.
  • Experience with dashboard and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to turn data into clear charts, insights, and business-friendly summaries.
  • Comfortable preparing presentation materials in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • A curious, proactive mindset and willingness to dig into business questions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in CPG, retail, consumer marketing, loyalty, promotions, or field execution analytics is a plus.
