Key Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks and transforming data into actionable insights
Design and maintain scalable analytics and dashboards to automate reporting on operational metrics
Collaborate with engineering to maintain data integrity and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in data analytics
Advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake
Experience building dashboards in BI or data visualization tools
Ability to work with complex, messy operational data
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
