Job Summary:

Data Analyst / Data Engineer role is to support leasing space data superiority initiatives within the CRE domain.

The candidate should have strong experience understanding data models and relationships, writing complex queries in Postgres and Snowflake, analyzing data, and leveraging AI tools for insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analyst with strong understanding of Data models, writing complex queries in PostgreSQL & Snowflake.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) Or Master s in Data Management, Information Science, or Business Analytics
