Ampstek is a global IT partner seeking a Data Analyst. The main responsibilities include developing and maintaining data infrastructure, performing data analysis and management reporting, and creating data visualizations to present complex data effectively.
Responsibilities
- Gather data from multiple sources, maintain data sets and ensure data integrity
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends using advanced Excel/Tableau/Smartsheet features
- Conduct financial and operational performance analysis
- Produce reports for performance tracking, budgeting, planning and forecasting purposes
- Design and build data visualizations including charts, tables and dashboards using Excel, Tableau and/or Smartsheet to present complex data in a clear, simple and impactful manner
- Work with stakeholders through the data analysis and reporting workflow
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
- Identify opportunities to streamline existing reporting and management processes
Skills
- Mandatory Skill: Tableau, Power BI & Excel
- Strong Excel/Tableau/Smartsheet skills
- Solid experience in both financial and operational reporting
- Develop and maintain data infrastructure

- Proficiency in SAP/ERP will be advantageous
