My client is a global MNC seeking a Data Analyst (FMCG / Retail / Ecommerce) to join their team. This role sits within the eCommerce function and works closely with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing teams to drive data-driven insights and decision-making.

about the job

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensuring data integrity through validation and quality checks.
• Perform deep-dive analysis using data mining and visualization techniques to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Design and deliver clear, compelling dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Engage closely with marketing, digital, and commercial teams to align on business objectives and translate findings into strategic actions.
• Support the global insights team in delivering annual brand health reports across key APAC markets.
• Monitor the latest developments in digital analytics and eCommerce to bring forward innovative ideas.
• Continuously optimize analytics workflows and reporting processes for efficiency and impact.

skills and experience required

At least 3 years of working experience in data analytics, ideally within the eCommerce, retail or digital marketing domain.

Strong proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and data visualization platforms.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business strategies.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
