Job description and responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll turn complexity into clarity—building scalable analytics solutions that inform strategy and fuel smarter media decisions.
Data Visualization & Storytelling:
Design and build interactive data visualizations and dashboards to communicate media performance metrics
Translate large, multi-channel datasets into intuitive, actionable reporting frameworks
Distill campaign performance into clear insights that drive optimization and strategic shifts
Advanced Analytics & Data Management:
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
Leverage the Snowflake data warehouse platform for scalable, efficient data analysis
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability across reporting pipelines and dashboards
Identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers across audience segments and media channels
Performance & Strategic Insight:
Conduct analytical deep-dives on campaign performance, audience behavior, and media effectiveness
Evaluate full-funnel performance across the ARC model (Attract, Resonate, Convert) to uncover optimization opportunities
Translate data findings into clear, data-driven recommendations that influence media strategy
Collaboration & Partnership:
Collaborate with Media Planning and Buying teams to inform strategy with data-driven recommendations
Partner with Account teams to support client conversations with clear, confident analytics narratives
Contribute to best practices for data governance, documentation, and analytics processes
Requirements and qualifications:
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
2–4+ years of experience in media analytics, advertising analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence
Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data transformation, and performance optimization
Hands-on experience working within Snowflake data warehouse environments
Experience building dashboards in tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of media KPIs across paid media channels (impressions, CTR, CPA, ROAS, reach/frequency, etc.)
Ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights and clear business recommendations
Experience working with large, multi-source datasets (platform APIs, CRM data, web analytics, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with multiple clients and priorities
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
