Rollins, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst - Operational Support to join our team in a newly created role. This position will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across Rollins' Operational Support functions, including Quality Assurance, Claims, Technical Services, Training & Innovation, and Government Regulatory & Relations.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for leaders and cross-functional partners. This role is well-suited for an analyst who enjoys partnering with business teams, identifying trends, and improving operational effectiveness through data.

While a member of the Operational Support team, this role will be integrated with our Enterprise Data & Analytics organization to ensure alignment and knowledge of Rollins data strategy, environments, standards and best practices. With this structure, the role will be well-positioned to grow both in business and operational knowledge while building data and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

You will...

  • Serve as a trusted analytical partner to Operational Support teams by providing data analysis, trend analysis, reporting, and insights that inform operational decisions
  • Facilitate Internal Communications and provide analysis and discussion on trends from operational data and other data sets.
  • Interpret and translate trends and form recommendations to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance
  • Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple operational systems and data sources to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with business partners to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and success measures
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation of assumptions and methodologies
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, analytics workflows, and data quality

Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Minimum of three years proven experience or education in a data analysis and reporting role
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, computer science, statistics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, BI tools, data visualization techniques, and software, including advanced Excel functions (i.e., Microsoft Fabric, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
