The Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support departmental operations through data-driven insights and systems development. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic decision-making across multiple divisions. You will also design and maintain databases and applications used for operational analysis and reporting, and contribute to projects and publications that drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Duties:

• Analyze data to support strategic planning related to clinical and research missions and department operations.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain databases and reporting tools for internal use.
• Document database processes and ensure consistent data integrity and accuracy.
• Assist with data compilation for departmental publications and research-related projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in various departments and units.

Salary Range: $36.49/hour - $76.05/hour
