Data Analyst PowerBI DAX

Description

TEKsystems is seeking a Power BI resource with Talent acquisition data analytics and DAX experience to support a large customer of ours.

Talent acquisition data analytics involves analyzing recruitment metrics—such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates—to optimize hiring efficiency, reduce costs, and improve candidate quality. Key examples include using predictive AI for candidate screening, tracking cost-per-hire, analyzing funnel conversion rates, and benchmarking diversity metrics.

Evaluate existing Power Bl reports, semantic models, and dashboards across People Analytics workspaces – assessing measure logic, data model integrity, and report design

• Enhance those artifacts to meet current business requirements.

• Write and maintain complex DAX measures against fact tables, including time intelligence patterns, iterator functions, dynamic filtering, and parameter-driven calculations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Schaumburg, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 – $55.00/hr.
