Data Analyst – Power BI, Excel, Smartsheet
We’re hiring a Data Analyst in Atlanta (hybrid) to build Power BI dashboards, automate operational reporting, and improve business processes across our organization. This role is ideal for a systems thinker who enjoys connecting data across teams and translating it into actionable insights.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reports
- Develop automated reporting workflows using Excel and Power Query
- Manage and optimize Smartsheet tracking and reporting systems
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple data sources
- Analyze operational processes and identify automation and efficiency opportunities
- Deliver technical walkthroughs and explain reporting tools to internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or operational analytics
- Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and Smartsheet
- Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and automated reports
- Ability to connect the dots across systems and processes (systems thinker)
- Comfortable communicating technical concepts to business users
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power Query
- Exposure to Oracle or other database environments
- Experience improving business processes through data automation
