Reporting to the Director of Analytics & Insights, you will engage with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into analytics solutions. This role demands hands-on familiarity with ETL processes, data quality practices, and the empowerment of internal customers through insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities: • Capture and analyze stakeholder business needs • Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports • Build ETL pipelines and handle large datasets • Conduct root cause analysis for data issues • Communicate project updates and findings effectively

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or similar • 1-3 years of relevant analytics experience • Expert knowledge of Python, SQL, and Tableau • Experience with cloud environments like AWS or Azure • Strong attention to detail and self-motivated work ethic
