Job Description

Its an exciting time to be in International IT supporting our business entering multiple new markets and offers. This role is critical in providing IT leaders meaningful insights on resources (suppliers), workforce and finances to support decision making. This role is responsible for the foundational analytics, automation, and delivery rigor that underpin senior‑level insights. The role works closely with senior analysts, PMO partners, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure data is accurate, repeatable, well‑governed, and increasingly automated.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Produce high‑quality analytical outputs supporting technology strategy, planning, workforce, cost, and delivery insights.
  • Perform data extraction, validation, transformation, and analysis across multiple data sources.
  • Support the preparation of recurring and ad‑hoc insight packs used in planning, governance forums, and leadership updates.
  • Act as a trusted data partner to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of inputs feeding insights to senior level analysts.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards, datasets, and workflows to reduce manual reporting effort.
  • Identify repeatable reporting and PMO activities suitable for automation or AI‑assisted solutions.
  • Contribute to experimentation with AI and advanced analytics to improve speed‑to‑insight and signal quality.
  • Support PMO disciplines including planning cycles, tracking, variance analysis, forecasting, and progress reporting.
  • Maintain “gold copy” datasets and documentation to ensure governance, traceability, and auditability of data.
  • Ensure consistent definitions, assumptions, and metrics across reports and planning artefacts.
  • Support process improvement across PMO and reporting workflows.
  • Work closely with senior level analysts to turn raw data into decision‑ready insight.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Workforce, and Technology partners to align data and planning artefacts.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and modernization of analytics and PMO processes.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics roles with enterprise datasets.
  • Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Excel; Python desirable but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to agreed timelines.
  • Working knowledge of PMO or planning disciplines (e.g., tracking, forecasting, variance, status reporting).
  • Experience building or maintaining automated dashboards or data pipelines
  • Familiarity with technology, finance, or workforce datasets.
  • Exposure to AI‑assisted analytics or workflow automation.
  • Experience working in a matrixed or global environment.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches.
