Location: Dallas, Texas (3 days onsite per week )

Key Responsibilities:

" Data Analyst / Data Engineer role is to support leasing space data superiority initiatives within the CRE domain.

" The candidate should have strong experience understanding data models and relationships, writing complex queries in Postgres and Snowflake, analyzing data, and leveraging AI tools for insights.

Required Skills: Data Analyst with strong understanding of Data models, analytical skills , using AI for data analysis, ability to connect to databases and run queries and writing complex queries in PostgreSQL & Snowflake.
