Job Title: Qualtrics Technical Consultant / L2 Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Qualtrics Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Qualtrics XM and XM Discover to support enterprise-level implementations and ongoing technical operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in integrations, troubleshooting, and data analysis, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide second-level (L2) technical support for Qualtrics-related issues, including debugging survey logic, workflows, and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API integrations, system connectivity, and automated workflows
- Identify platform misconfigurations, defects, and performance issues, and coordinate with development teams for resolution
- Support data collection processes, ensuring high data quality and performance monitoring
- Assist in reporting, validation, and analysis using BI tools such as Power BI
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and service providers to track issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain and manage tickets using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Develop structured outputs to enable data-driven insights and decision-making
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience with Qualtrics XM and XM Discover (implementation, configuration, and support)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in API integrations, system connectivity, and workflow automation
- Strong experience in troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise applications
- Solid understanding of data handling, reporting, and performance monitoring
- Proficiency in:
- Qualtrics XM
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Familiarity with customer research methods (surveys, interviews)
- Understanding of journey mapping, personas, and experience KPIs
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and storytelling
- Knowledge of data warehousing or data platform architecture
- Technical skills in JSON, JavaScript, Python, or DAX
Additional Qualifications (Plus):
- Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
- German language proficiency
- Certifications in Experience Management or Design Thinking
