Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Data Analytics Company Owner to lead, scale, and innovate our analytics business. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial leader with a deep understanding of data strategy, analytics technologies, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the company’s data analytics services
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts, engineers, and consultants
- Drive business growth through client acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion
- Oversee the development and delivery of analytics solutions, dashboards, and data platforms
- Ensure high standards of data governance, security, and compliance
- Identify emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and big data to enhance service offerings
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency
- Establish strong relationships with clients across various industries
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven leadership roles
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience building or scaling a business unit
- Expertise in analytics tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Solid understanding of data architecture, cloud platforms, and AI/ML concepts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in the UAE or GCC market
- Background in consulting or client-facing analytics services
- Knowledge of industry-specific analytics (finance, retail, healthcare, etc.)
- Strong network within Dubai’s business and tech ecosystem
