Data Analytics Lead

A company is looking for a Data Analytics Lead to manage and mentor a team while contributing to high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

Directly manage and mentor a team of Data Analysts, guiding their work and fostering a culture of learning

Act as the primary strategic data partner to the Group PM, measuring the impact of product launches and performing ad-hoc analytics

Prioritize the team's roadmap, balancing operational and product wins with scalable data infrastructure projects

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar quantitative field

2+ years of team leadership experience, with a focus on building high-performing teams

Expertise in advanced SQL for data extraction and manipulation

Strong experience in designing interactive dashboards and familiarity with BI tools like Hex

Understanding of product metrics and user behavior analytics
