About Pique

Pique is an industry-defining wellness company that operates at the leading edge of performance branding. Our products are grounded in science and nature, our brand is driven by passion and artistry, and our culture is shaped by high performance and individual agency.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Senior Manager of Analytics to own the data infrastructure, attribution, and insights engine that power decision-making across the business. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will lead full-funnel analytics across acquisition, conversion, retention, and LTV — translating complex data into decisive recommendations that influence how every team operates. This is an individual contributor role for a deeply technical analyst who is equally comfortable writing SQL, designing experimentation frameworks, and presenting cohort analysis to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Own the analytics function end-to-end: data pipelines, attribution, experimentation, reporting, and insights across marketing, product, finance, and strategy.
  • Own and maintain data pipelines across Shopify, our proprietary attribution and marketing data warehouse, BigQuery, Looker, and Google Sheets — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and zero outages.
  • Build and maintain full-funnel conversion reporting (ATCR → checkout → purchase) on a weekly cadence. Lead daily, weekly, and monthly ecommerce insights that inform consumer journey enhancements and measure the subsequent performance impact.
  • Lead A/B testing and personalization efforts with a culture of disciplined statistical analysis. Build experimentation programs that are statistically sound, repeatable, and tied to meaningful user and business outcomes.
  • Lead customer journey analysis, heat mapping, session recording, and user research best practices. Own tracking, tagging, and attribution frameworks end-to-end, including event instrumentation, server-side tagging, and API-based data pipelines. Deliver cohort analysis and subscription retention insights that guide both retention and acquisition strategy. Partner with Growth, CRM, Finance, and Product to translate data into decisions and decisions into revenue — with light product ownership of the analytics surfaces teams rely on. Proactively identify opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention, and LTV — don’t wait to be asked.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in data science and analytics at a DTC ecommerce business is a must.
  • Subscription ecommerce experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience in a data-driven role at a top-tier strategic consulting firm is a bonus.
  • Deep familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta, and ecommerce attribution tools.
  • Experience with analytics and tracking platforms such as Segment.
  • Experience utilizing a customer journey analysis tool (Mixpanel, Heap, or equivalent).
  • Experience utilizing a data warehouse or CDP to consolidate customer profiles and activate them across owned digital channels.
  • Well-versed in advanced statistical analysis techniques and in leveraging BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Strong SQL proficiency and comfort with data pipeline architecture.
  • Clear, concise communicator who simplifies complexity and drives action. You translate data into decisions, not dashboards.
  • Strong desire to collaborate cross-functionally and align varying objectives across the business.
  • Ability to receive and deliver radical candor — non-negotiable.
  • Enthusiasm for shaping a motivated, talented, and truth-seeking team culture, with a commitment to personal growth and organizational excellence.
