TITLE: Data & Business Intelligence Analyst

LOCATION: Remote

ANTICIPATED DURATION: End of June 2026, with the possibility to extend

Responsibilities:

• Lead data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic projects across Go-to-Market Operations.
• Understand the business, track data quality, provide insights and recommendations.
• Support company-wide programs through ownership of analytical projects.
• Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Global Operations teams and cross-functional partners to achieve objectives.
• Own technical implementations and documentation associated with datasets and strive for 100% accuracy.
• Support and learn advanced analytics tools and AI techniques for optimization.
• Lead high-impact data cleanup efforts by applying analytical judgment to datasets.
• Execute data updates directly in Salesforce and related systems, partnering with stakeholders to validate changes.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience working with data in a business setting, including data management, process execution, operations, reporting, or analytics.
• BS degree in a quantitative discipline.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge and experience of leveraging AI tools for Data/Insights research.
• Familiarity with the advertising and media agency ecosystem.
• Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence decision-making.
• Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience in manipulating massive-scale structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with SQL and creating/maintaining data warehouse tables.
• Experience with distributed data systems such as Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Pig, Hive.
• Background in at least one programming language (e.g., R, Python, Java, Scala, PHP, JavaScript).

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $54 to $58.05/hr [Zone One] in the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York Metro, $50 to $54.57/hr in the state of Washington and the rest of California and New York [Zone Two], and $46 to $51.08 in Colorado [Zone Four] and in any state not already listed, the hourly pay range is $42 to $47.60 [Zone Four Minimum – Zone Two Max].
