Key Responsibilities
Monitor dispute case data to identify trends and patterns
Utilize predictive analytics to forecast risk areas and implement necessary changes
Collaborate with business units to enhance dispute handling processes and ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, dispute resolution, risk management, or banking operations
Knowledge of dispute and chargeback rules from Visa, Mastercard, and Pulse
Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
Experience with case management systems and payment processing systems
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing dispute resolution (e.g., Reg E, PCI-DSS)
