We are hiring a **Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer / Data Analyst** to join our fully remote team. This is a great opportunity for someone with **4+ years of experience** who wants to work on real-world data systems, improve their skills, and grow in a fast-moving environment.

We are open to candidates who are strong in **SQL, Python, and data workflows**, even if they come from slightly different backgrounds (analytics, BI, or engineering).

**Compensation**

• **$2,500 – $3,500 USD per month**

**What You’ll Do**

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines

• Work with large datasets and improve data reliability

• Write and optimize SQL queries for analytics and reporting

• Support data models used for dashboards and business insights

• Work with cloud-based data systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Help improve performance, cost efficiency, and data quality

• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams

**Basic Requirements**

We are looking for candidates who have:

• 4+ years of experience in data-related roles

• Strong SQL skills (must-have)

• Experience with Python or similar scripting language

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Experience working with datasets and building reports or pipelines

• Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts

**Nice to Have (Not Required)**

• Experience with Spark / Big Data tools

• Experience with Airflow or similar workflow tools

• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks

• Exposure to real-time or streaming data (Kafka, etc.)

• Startup or fast-paced environment experience

• Pure beginners with no real project experience

• Candidates unable to work independently in a remote setup
