We’re hiring a Data Engineering Manager to lead high-impact data initiatives while staying hands-on with Databricks and modern cloud platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of scalable data engineering solutions
- Design and build data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, storage) using Databricks
- Architect cloud-based analytics solutions across AWS / Azure / GCP
- Manage and mentor a team of data engineers
- Partner with clients to translate business needs into data solutions
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices
- Drive project execution, timelines, and stakeholder communication
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks (required)
- Expertise in Apache Spark , big data processing
- Proficiency in Python / SQL / Scala
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, xrczosw Azure, or GCP)
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering data projects
- Solid understanding of data architecture & pipeline design
Nice to Have
- Experience with real-time/streaming data pipelines
- Exposure to machine learning workflows
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance
