Data Engineer

(Hybrid, Dallas, TX area) - LOCALS ONLY

W2 Only - NO CTC/1099, W2 ONLY, SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE.

Heavy Oracle experience (performance tuning, optimization), Oracle PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, packages, triggers), ETL (Power Center). 10+ years experience. NICE TO HAVE: OBIEE/OAS, python.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, warehousing, and analytics

• Expert knowledge of SQL and Oracle PL/SQL (including stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers)

• Strong experience with ETL tools like Informatica Power Center

• Proficiency in scripting and automation with Unix and Python

• Deep understanding of relational databases, performance tuning, and data modeling techniques

• Familiarity with cloud and on-premises data integration patterns

• Experience with batch scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys

• Working knowledge of BI tools like OBIEE/OAS and source control systems like GitHub

• Experience with GenAI tools, especially GitHub Co-Pilot, is a plus

• Proven ability to thrive in Agile project environments

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with OBIEE/OAS

• Additional scripting or automation expertise in Python

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technology-related field

• Over 10 years of relevant industry experience, focusing on Oracle-based data solutions

Estimated Min Rate: $45.50

Estimated Max Rate: $65.00
