The company is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer with a technology focus on the Performance & Analytics Team. This role will assist with the architecture, development, and optimization of data-driven solutions in support of the various analytical efforts that help measure how efficiently our portfolios track their benchmarks.

Reporting to the Manager, Portfolio Analytics, this role will partner with Portfolio Analysts, Quantitative Analysts and technology teams to design, implement and enhance technological solutions towards delivering advanced analytics and interactive dashboards. This effort will advance the team s role towards overall Investment and Risk management.

Experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related technology-focused role within the equity asset management industry

Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL and Tableau/PowerBI

Demonstrated hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

Expertise in building and optimizing large-scale data models, working with structured and unstructured data

Strong background in data visualization and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar), with a portfolio of impactful dashboards and analytics solutions
