Overview:
Our client is seeking an IT Data Lead to support data strategy, analysis, and design deliverables for the IDT Data portfolio. The role provides functional and technical expertise across multiple IT systems and domains, contributing to projects such as ETRM transformation. This position may initially be part-time, with the opportunity to expand based on alignment and project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently, determine own priorities, and provide functional/technical support to colleagues.
- Focus on functional design and development of moderately complex applications and infrastructure.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within projects spanning multiple IT systems and domains.
- Identify and advise on opportunities for process improvements and optimal use of applications and infrastructure.
- Support data strategy, analysis, and design deliverables as inputs to the Global Investment Process (GIP).
Required Experience / Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in functional design and development of IT applications and infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results.
- Experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert across multiple IT systems or domains.
Optional / Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ETRM systems, including Endur Products and DEX.
- Exposure to IT projects in downstream, trading, and supply domains (crude & products, products investments, renewables).
- Familiarity with data transformation or migration initiatives.
