Job Description

The Data Entry Analyst will support compliance and onboarding operations within a professional financial services environment. This role involves medium-volume data entry, documentation review, and maintaining accurate client records related to regulatory processes such as KYC and customer due diligence. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with Excel and internal systems while following structured procedures. This position offers strong exposure to compliance operations and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Review and enter client and account data into internal systems
• Verify documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Maintain tracking logs and update Excel spreadsheets
• Upload and organize onboarding and compliance documentation
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing information

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and standardized processes
• Prior experience or internship in banking, financial services, compliance, or administrative support preferred

Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
