Data Insights Engineer/ CO-Onsite role

Job Summary

Front-of-House (~70%)

• Develop interactive, stakeholder-facing dashboards primarily in Tableau (must have 2 3+ years' experience, including LODs, parameters, and performance optimization)
• Present dashboards and findings to leadership and stakeholders
• Manage competing priorities and communicate trade-offs clearly
• Articulate project impact on broader organization and customer experience (immediate and long-term)
• Own project scoping and execution as a self-starter, surfacing blockers early

Back-of-House (~30%)

• Support ETL processes, including troubleshooting pipelines and building tables
• Validate data quality and reconcile data sources
• Write and review complex SQL queries, including window functions, CTEs, UNION ALL, and complex joins; able to understand legacy codebases

Preferred/Bonus Skills

• Experience with big data environments (e.g., Spark, Hive, S3), handling large datasets (30M+ rows)
• Familiarity with digital analytics (customer journeys, funnels, containment, adoption metrics)
• Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts (e.g., tenure, segmentation, package type as reusable dimensions)
• Exposure to AI/ML tools (e.g., Quiero), statistics, or data science
• Experience with IVR, chat, or bot data
• Knowledge of UX principles
• Experience working in Jira and Agile workflows
