Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Redmond, WA, with flexibility for remote work. The Global Controller for Data IO will oversee data control and management processes across the organization. Daily responsibilities include ensuring accurate documentation, developing and maintaining data governance protocols, analyzing complex data sets, and facilitating effective cross-team communication. This role is central to maintaining organizational data integrity and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Control and Data Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret data effectively
• Excellent Communication skills for both written and verbal correspondence
• Experience with Document Management systems and workflows
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization
• Familiarity with compliance standards and data governance principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field preferred
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus
