The Opportunity

Join Adobe's dynamic Data Platform team as a Data Product Manager located in San Jose, CA! This is an amazing opportunity to play a key role in crafting the future of Adobe's metrics. As part of a world-class data & analytics team, you will drive the development of innovative technical solutions that inform Adobe's business globally. Your work will strictly align with Adobe’s mission to build data products that enlighten and grow Adobe's business.

What you'll Do

  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully implement and deliver high-impact projects.
  • Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partners to determine and prioritize product features and improvements.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Manage and track product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Success metrics

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar area, or 5+ years of equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of managing complex IT projects and delivering results.
  • Solid grasp of market dynamics and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a keen ability to lead teams.
  • Analytical approach with a passion for using data to drive decisions.
  • Motivated, ambitious, and adept at flourishing in a dynamic, creative atmosphere.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $105,300 -- $205,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.‌

In California, the pay range for this position is $141,700 - $205,150

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
