Scope of Work
The primary responsibilities of the consultants will include:
- Vendor Collaboration – Work closely with SymphonyAI, TencentAI, and AlgonomyAI to review, validate, and co-develop their model methodologies, challenge assumptions, and recommend improvements to ensure alignment with our standards.
- Model Development – Develop and refine data science models within the Tencent AI ecosystem.
- Exploratory Analysis – Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify new variables and insights that can enhance model performance.
- Performance Management – Monitor the performance of deployed models and report key metrics to the AI Control Tower for governance and strategic review.
Key Requirement: Use Case Expertise
Candidates should have demonstrable experience in the following areas:
- Tencent AI – Customer Propensity Modeling and Customer Segmentation
- SymphonyAI – Assortment Optimization, Promotion Optimization, and Space Optimization
- Forecasting Tools – Demand Forecasting and Inventory Optimization
Tools and Platforms in Scope
The consultants should be proficient in the following environments:
- Tencent AI (Primary development environment)
- SymphonyAI (Vendor model review and validation)
- AlgonomyAI (Vendor model review and validation)
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Vertex AI and Agent Builder (supporting infrastructure and model management)
Engagement Model (Staff Augmentation)
To ensure speed and alignment, we prefer a staff augmentation model, where the consultants will be contracted through your firm but will function as an extension of our internal team.
- Direct Management – The consultants will report directly to the Director of Data & AI, who will assign tasks, define priorities, and review deliverables.
- Integration – They will utilize our internal tools, participate in daily stand-ups, and integrate with our team workflows.
