Randstad is partnering with established company to look for AI Engineer to join them to create AI-driven applications to address business challenges or operations challenges.

- Design, build, and deploy AI agents for advanced analytics, leveraging AI and machine learning technologies
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, define frameworks, andbuild scalable AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, design, and development—to deliver high-quality AI agent solutions on schedule
- Stay on top of cutting-edge AI Agent technologies, continuously driving improvements in architecture and performance.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a quantitative background such as Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or related fields.
- 4-6 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and analytics.
- Experience with LLM models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Claude) and frameworks like Langchain and LlamaIndex.
- Familiar with building and deploying AI models, including RAG pipelines and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma DB).
- Strong skills in Python with backend frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience with Docker and Git for containerization and version control.
- Familiar with cloud platforms for deploying AI models
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
