My client, a global hedge fund, is building a next-generation Market Intelligence team inside a focused on deploying AI solutions and agentic workflows that enhance how Portfolio Managers generate alpha across long/short equities.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
- Build AI-driven tools that augment equity research and idea generation
- Design agentic workflows that automate insight discovery from structured + unstructured data (earnings calls, filings, news, alt data)
- Partner directly with Portfolio Managers to translate market inefficiencies into scalable signals
- Rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy models in a high-feedback, high-performance environment
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience building AI/ML solutions for long/short equities
- 8-12 years of strong hands-on skills (Python, ML frameworks, LLMs, data pipelines)
- A commercial mindset—you care about alpha, not just model accuracy
- Ability to operate at pace, handle volume, and deliver under pressure
- Fluency in Mandarin + English (critical for data and stakeholder interaction)
