Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in data science or applied analytics

1+ year of direct people management experience

Hands-on experience in experimentation, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling

Ability to partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to define priorities

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data science workflows
