Insight Global is seeking a Data Scientist/AI Engineer for one of our clients to sit in Denver, CO. This person will be joining a team who is focused on implementing AI for enhancing customer engagement and business usage. This person will work on 5-6 projects at once and be responsible for contributing to designing and developing different AI models for different uses. For example, a current project includes a model serving as a real-time coaching tool for call center agents. This person will spend their time creating models, fine-tuning, leading the team and working closely with the VP and SVP of the group. This role will be performed 5 days a week on-site in Denver, CO.
